Equinox Organic Kombucha is proudly 100% organic, a Certified B Corp® and one of the UK’s best-loved kombucha brands. Since July 2024, Evolare Digital has been their strategic partner - helping them evolve their customer engagement, activate new audiences, and drive significant, sustainable growth.

What began as a Klaviyo email overhaul has evolved into a full-funnel, cross-channel success story.

The Challenge

Equinox had a loyal customer base, but its digital activity wasn’t working as hard as it could. Email was underutilised. New customer acquisition was limited, with one-time purchases being common, but converting to subscriptions? That needed work.

The brief:

Our Approach

We started with a deep audit of Klaviyo and digital touchpoints- spotting untapped potential and mapping out a roadmap for smarter, data-driven growth.

Email Marketing:
We rebuilt their strategy from the ground up: segmentation, flows, creative, testing. The goal? To move beyond generic sends and create high-performing, conversion-led emails that genuinely add value.

Strategic Consultancy:
We worked with Equinox to identify core customer personas and reshape their messaging and digital experience, tailoring activity to what matters most to their customers.

Social Media Advertising:
In April 2025, we introduced a full-funnel Meta ads strategy, carefully aligned to the personas we had developed, designed to acquire new customers, spark interest, and drive repeat purchase behaviour.
